A lucid dream is a dream during which the person is aware that she is dreaming and may have some control over the dream. There are numerous reasons you may want to induce lucid dreams, including pushing back on phobias and recurring nightmares. It can also be used to shape your life visions.
I love lucid dreaming. It’s something that allows me to connect with the inner reaches of my mind.So how do you initiate a lucid dream?
There are lots of steps you can try. Practice dream recall by keeping a journal next to your bed and writing down your dreams as soon as you wake up.
To enhance the vividness of your dreams, which makes them easier to recall, use valerian which can produce memorable dreams AND potentially make them strange and filled with symbolism.
Valerian essential oil possesses an earthy smell that encourages relaxation, eases occasional restlessness and can make you more open to vivid images. Apply it to your feet and diffuse it.
